Last weekend, Zachary played in another baseball game. He still has a few remaining, but this week proved a good learning point.

For the first time all season he had to hit off a tee…and someone wasn’t happy afterward.  We talked about how baseball is a tough game and sometimes hitters go into month long slumps…but the important thing is having a positive attitude and battling back.

So yesterday, it was finally nice enough outside to hit balls..and hit he did.  Mommy changed his stance slightly and that seemed to do the trick. Too bad tomorrow’s game will probsbly be cancelled with all of this rain..because the boy is ready.

He still had fun with his Pop Pop who was nice enough to come watch.  It really is all about having fun and growing in sports..but personally I love the fire he has to want to be his best
