So we got to spend the 4th with some of our favorite people. And more importantly, celebrate my mom’s birthday.

After an early rise, we headed to Charolette. This pit stop was on the way to Charleston for Zach’s baseball tournament.

We spent the afternoon lounging by the pool. It was hot but the pool was comfortable.

It was Millwood Barbecue for dinner. No ribs left but dinner was still good. First time trying hush pups. Honestly I’m not sure what to make of them. I am liking the different barbecue flavors.

We ended the night with cake for the birthday girl. The next morning, we headed to Isle of Palms
